Do you offer free delivery?

How do I cancel my order?

What is certified organic?

All YES® products are Certified Organic by The Soil Association. Certified organic products meet strict standards that prohibit synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, GMOs, and harmful chemicals.

What ingredients do you use?

We prioritise your intimate health by using only certified organic, plant-based ingredients. Our products are free from petrochemicals, parabens, glycerin, hormones, silicone, and propylene glycol.

What's the difference between YES® lubricants?

Lubricants should do more than just enhance pleasure, they should also care for your intimate health. That’s why YES® lubricants are plant-based, certified organic, and designed to be side-effect free.

What is the difference between YES® VM and YES® WB?

Both YES® VM and YES® WB are pH matched to typical vaginal pH which means both are ideal for vaginal use. YES® WB Water-based Lubricant is designed to release water more rapidly than YES® VM.

Are YES® products supplied with reusable applicators?

YES® products are not supplied with reusable applicators. However, YES® VM, YES® WB and YES® COCO can all be purchased in 5ml single-use applicators in various-sized packs.

Can I use YES® with condoms?

YES® WB and YES® VM are compatible with natural rubber latex and polyisoprene condoms. YES® OB, YES® COCO and YES® O YES are not compatible with condoms.

Can YES® products be used on sensitive skin?

All the YES® products are certified organic, which guarantees the customer product purity, assuring you there is nothing unknown, hidden, or damaging present in our organic products.

Are YES® products gluten free?

Are YES® products oestrogen free?

YES® products do not contain oestrogen. The purity and distinctive formulations of YES® products make them uniquely suitable for women recovering from cancer.

What is Osmolality and why does it matter?

YES® smart moisture release means that YES® VM (Vaginal Moisturiser) is designed with osmolality at the forefront of formulation. It will only release moisture when and where your body needs it.

How long do YES® products last?

As we use natural certified organic ingredients, it means our product range has a shorter shelf life than if unnatural preservatives were used. Expiration dates can be found on the base of the cartons/boxes stamped into the crimped tube edge.
