Cancellation and Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by either Live Chat or email to [email protected].

We want you to love your YES product. If you’re not completely happy, experience a sensitivity, or feel it isn’t right for you, please contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected] we are always happy to help. 


Return your order to us 

On cancellation of your order, you must return the goods to us in the same condition in which they were received.  Please contact us before sending to inform us of your concerns; we want to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

The costs of returning goods to us shall be paid by you, except where they have been rejected because they are faulty or if they were not what you ordered. If, for any reason, we have to pay to recover the goods, we shall be entitled to deduct the costs of recovery from any refund or exchange credit due to you. 

As a consumer you have certain statutory rights regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by any negligence on our part or our failure to carry out our obligations. This guarantee and our Terms and Conditions shall not affect your statutory rights.
