Cancellation and Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by either Live Chat or email to [email protected].

You can cancel your order;

  • at any time before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
  • where goods have already been dispatched to you, within 21 days of your receiving the goods for any reason, provided that the goods have not been used.
  • Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for 365 days from date of purchase. “We promise that the buyer of any AH! YES product from this website may return their goods for a product refund with no questions asked”.

If you cancel your order, you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange.

Return your order to us 

On cancellation of your order, you must return the goods to us in the same condition in which they were received.  Please call us on 1-888-777-0125 or email [email protected] to inform us of your concerns, we want to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

The costs of returning goods to us shall be paid by you, except where they have been rejected because they are faulty or if they were not what you ordered. If for any reason we have to pay to recover the goods, we shall be entitled to deduct the costs of recovery from any refund or exchange credit due to you. 

As a consumer you have certain statutory rights regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by any negligence on our part or our failure to carry out our obligations. These Terms and Conditions shall not affect your statutory rights.
